These Terms of Service apply to the シェアタン app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nakaza-Lab (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

All content, features, and functionality of the Application — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Application may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as advertising networks and analytics providers). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for their content or practices. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk.
The Application is supported by advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. By using the Application, you agree to receive such advertisements. The Service Provider does not endorse any products or services advertised through the Application.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service Provider's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Application.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. The Service Provider may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. You are advised to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or the Service Provider. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all copies in your possession.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.
